1. Purpose of use of personal information

Personal information obtained by the Company will be used within the scope of the following purposes of use in order to carry out the Company’s business activities as specified below.

3. Management of subcontractors

In relation to the “business activities” in Section 1-1, the Company may outsource its business to a third party to the extent necessary to achieve the “purposes of use” in Section 1-2. In this case, the Company will require the subcontractor to handle the personal information provided by the Company in an appropriate manner and manage it appropriately.

4. Security Management

In order to prevent the scattering, loss, falsification, leakage, etc., of the personal information we have acquired, we have established internal regulations, appointed a manager in each department that handles personal information, and implemented security measures in accordance with the internal regulations. We will strive to protect personal information.

5. Inquiries and corrections

In order to prevent the leakage of personal information to a third party, we will respond to inquiries and corrections of personal information we have obtained only after we have received the necessary information from the person in question or a representative in a document prescribed by us, and only after we have confirmed the identity of the person in question or the representative, in accordance with the law.
